HOW TO ROLL YOUR OWN SUSHI
What you need: Sushi rice, bamboo rolling mat, one nori seaweed sheet and your favourite fillings
Place a nori sheet, shiny side down, on the bamboo rolling mat.
Spread an even layer of cooked sushi rice on top of the nori sheet, leaving at least 2cm uncovered at each end.
Add your favourite sushi ingredients along the edge closest to you.
Use the bamboo mat to carefully roll around your fillings, sealing the far edge of the sheet with a bit of water. Slice enjoy!
