Description
Sweet paprika is a sweet, aromatic spice and is often found in rubs, marinades, and seasoned salts. In Morocco it is used widely in spice blends, and has a wonderful sweet and caramel-like flavouring. It is important not to overcook Paprika as it can become bitter.
