Mirin is a special type of rice wine and this Mirin is even more special. It’s a “true mirin”, meaning it’s brewed traditionally in Japan using labour-intense fermentation methods. Hence no artificial additives or preservatives – just how we like our food! Mirin’s sweet, rich taste makes it a versatile seasoning that accentuates milder flavours, while giving balance to stronger tasting dishes.
