Made from white rice (hulled rice kernels), this is a mild, light flour that is easy to digest. It can be substituted for wheat flour in many dishes. Great for sauces, coating food, making noodles, cereals, desserts and snacks or mixed with other flours for baking projects such as breads, cookies and pastries.
