Description
Noshing’s popular vegan blue cheese is made by inoculating almond milk curds with traditional blue cheese cultures. It is then aged for a few weeks, which allows the cultures to grow throughout the cheese giving it the authentic blue veins you know and love.
Ingredients: Almond milk (water, almonds, lake salt), coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, lactic acid (vegan), lake salt, onion powder, vegan cultures and enzymes.
