Product Faulty or Not as Described
If you receive a faulty product or one that is not as described on our website please inform us via email with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving your package to receive a full refund, store credit or replacement product, at the customer’s discretion.
Missing Item
If your Natures Garden Grocery package does not include an item you ordered please advise us via email within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Item Received
We take care in packing our products however if we have accidentally sent you the incorrect item please advise us within 48 hours or receiving your delivery so we can arrange the items to be exchanged.
