HOW TO PREPARE FOR MAXIMUM VITAMIN BENEFIT
– boil 1 to 2 cups of water, add a small handful of pine needles, turn off the heat and let steep for 5-15 minutes, strain.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR MAXIMUM SURAMIN AND SHIKIMIC ACID BENEFIT
– boil small handful of pine needles in 2 or 3 cups of water for 20 minutes, strain.
Spices including lemon, ginger, star anise and cinnamon can be added to make a beautifully spiced tea.
